A Decatur woman is accused of smoking marijuana while she was pregnant after her newborn son tested positive for the drug’s active ingredient THC last month.
Allisha Sherell Lockett, 27, of 1715 Locust St. S.E., turned herself in to Decatur police Tuesday on a felony warrant for chemical endangerment of a child. She was booked into Decatur City Jail and later transferred to Morgan County Jail where she remained in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Police and the Morgan County Department of Human Resources conducted the joint investigation after Lockett gave birth to a son Oct. 18 at Decatur Morgan Hospital Decatur General Campus where he tested positive for THC, said police detective Josh Fisher. Authorities did not say who now has custody of the infant.

Why do losers always mark themselves with a neck tattoo?
Ok, her child tested positive for THC and her address is Locust St,(that is the projects). So not only should her child be taken away and she be jailed, but her "free" housing should be taken indefinitely.
And she thinks the whole thing is funny
