depends on how many and what kind of drugs she used while pregnant , could have been more than thc , meth is made with lots of really great chemicals and lovely things , alcohol is bad on a baby too , so are cigarettes but you see lots of pregnant ignorant young women smoking
why should she be upset.........if you are like me and have a job WE are going to pay for her to play!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She looks pretty happy, You have to wonder to your self if she would look as happy if ALL he welfare would be stopped because she tested positive???
