" but must provide law enforcement with a location they are living at." Which one of you idiots did this sentence slip past? Do any of you recognize the mistake to which I refer? Remedial grammar instruction is certainly in order. My God, does the writer hold a four year degree? An occasional typo is understandable. This is inexcusable.
I blame the editor.

Then there was the editor let a moot point slide as a "mute" point. And had no clue why readers were laughing. Or "busted" pipes.
