The Decatur Police caught no one ! The owner of Advanced Mfg. caught this thief, what about the three others that were on camera. The Decatur Police should have sent more than one officer and maybe the chould have than caught someone. Why don't the Police hide and catch theives instead of hiding to catch tax paying citizens going 40 mph in a 30mph speed zone. Oh that is right, let the citizens and small business owners keep paying while the thieves pay nothing.
Harry, I understand. The Decatur Police department is one of the worst police departments I have ever seen. The definitely do not serve and protect. That is why crime is so high here for a town this size. The thieves know they can get away with anything. It wouldn't surprise me that a majority are on the take with the thieves.
