Total combined IQ . . . 38

There should also be a child abuse charge included in my opinion.

Morgan County may well be "Meth Capital of the USA".

Thomas I've said that before not only is Morgan county the meth capital of the world. This County is the Pedophile capital as well and other sex offenders.

But the new judge is trying to help with this problem.

On a side note I wager $20.00 bucks ol ben is cracking them both.

At least we have law enforcement officials working to clean it up

Poke Salat Annie....

so sad....

I agree with Cynthia. It appears that Morgan County has a higher crime rate only because our law enforcement is doing their best to rid the county of the perpatrators. Keep UP the good work..

I like the bond amount set by Judge Howell, get-em in the pocket book.

@Just,the baby according to liberals is hers to abuse or abort since it isn't a real thing,so no charges pending, but if she had a dog in the house !

Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!

@ William - your comment reeks of ignorance. @ Just - the article doesn't include information on charges related to drug use by any of these people, just manufacturing and possession. They would not be charged in the same manner as those who are manufacturing meth with children living in the home. This doesn't mean that anyone believes that exposure to the manufacturing elements of or using meth while pregnant is any less dangerous to a fetus, just that the crime is different. Therefore, bringing charges may require steps that are not required otherwise - such as medical tests. I imagine that you will hear further charges at least against the pregnant woman before a trial begins.
