  • The skinny: Austin is coming off a strong preseason jamboree performance where the Black Bears beat Lee-Huntsville 37-6 in three varsity quarters … Junior quarterback Chris Sparkman accounted for four touchdowns in the win, while running back Josh Walker is one of the area’s top playmakers … Placekicker Philip Corlew gives Austin a strength on special teams.
