Kudos to the bank for having a good camera. Most places have old black and white systems. This photo may be what solves the case
Bank should Zoom out to make face of the robber clearer so that he can be recognize easily.
All Bank should put big sign (Like PNC Bank branches) saying " you must remove, hood, hat & Sun glasses before entering the bank.
Maybe they should just post a sign requesting that no one rob them! I'm so sure a criminal would observe the sign to remove hood, hat, sunglasses. etc. when he is entering the bank to rob it! That sign at PNC Bank is for law abiding citizens who can't think for themselves and realize that if they walk into a bank wearing those things it may freak out the bank employees.
