I just hope we can keep it this way and that growth is planned with hometown values in mind.

I grew up there. Poverty and drug abuse is widespread, the high school is underfunded, and the police are useless. It looks like a nice place when you drive through and see the subdivisions, but when you get further away from the highway you find homes in disrepair, meth-fueled trailer parks, and countless low-income families. There are no jobs in the town of Priceville outside of the service industry. Maybe there is a quality of life for some who find employment elsewhere, for most people it's miserable.
