R.A. Hubbard used a strong defense and the running of John Owens to post a convincing win.

Owens rushed for 156 yards on 14 carries and scored four touchdowns, two 2-point conversions and two extra points.

Owens scored two touchdown in the first quarter on runs of 30 and 16 yards and also kicked both extra points to give the Chiefs a 14-0 lead.

After a Tharptown touchdown, Owens put the game out of reach with two more touchdown rushes. The first one was a 55-yard run while the second covered 8 yards.

Darrian Almond also had a 54-yard touchdown run for the Chiefs late in the second quarter to give Hubbard a 34-7 lead at halftime. Almond made the score 42-7 with a 44-yard touchdown run midway through the third quarter.
