The Rattlers (25-4) picked up the semifinal win, topping Vincent 53-39 at the final buzzer.
Jace Haggermaker recorded a double-double with 13 points and 12 off the glass, while Greg Maclin added 12 points and seven rebounds. Tyler Williams led Vincent (23-7) with a game-high 16 points, while E. J. Datcher scored 12 and Anterio Rogers added nine.
With the win, Tanner advances to play Hatton in the Class 2A Northwest Regional finals at 5:20 p.m. on Friday.
At half, the Rattlers lead 29-16 over Vincent in the Class 2A Northwest Regional boys semifinal. Jace Haggermaker leads Tanner with eight points and four rebounds, while E. J. Datcher leads all players with 10.
The Rattlers (14-16) topped Sulligent 75-36 by the final buzzer, led by Kelsey Houston, who had a game-high 16 points. Tanner scored 40 points off the bench, while Hannah Hampton led Sulligent (20-11) with 10 points.
Tanner will face Cold Springs in the Class 2A Northwest Regional finals at 3:40 p.m. Friday.

The Hornets (19-8) pulled ahead in the third quarter, finishing with a 62-41 win over Cold Springs (18-11). Hatton's Ty Terry had a double-double, with game-high 25 points and 12 rebounds, followed by Laron Cooper, who scored 18. Chayse Elliott led the Eagles with 15 points.
Hatton will face the winner of Tanner and Vincent at 5:20 p.m. Friday in the Class 2A Northwest Regional boys final.
After entering the second half tied at 22, Hatton pulled ahead with 20 points in the third quarter to lead 42-27 over Cold Springs in the Northwest Regional Class 2A boys semifinals.
In the Northwest Regional Class 2A boys semis, Hatton opened with a 16-10 in the first period, and came back in the second to tie the game at 22 after Cold Springs limited the Hornets to just six points in the second.
Laron Cooper leads Hatton with nine points, while Jake Bradford follows with eight. Triston Chambers paced Cold Springs with eight points.
Cold Springs defeated the Red Bay girls 41-40 in their Class 2A Northwest Regional semifinal today at Wallace State in Hanceville.
Wenonah overcame East Limestone 87-56 in the Northwest Regional Class 5A boys semifinal. Jordon Gandy led the Indians (19-13) with 25 points and nine rebounds, but could not match the Dragons (32-2), with four players in double-digit scoring.
With the win, Wenonah advances to play Parker at 10:40 a.m. Friday.
Isaiah Maston picked it up for Wenonah after halftime, opening the third quarter with a trio of three-point baskets, pushing the Dragons to lead by as many as 30 points. East Limestone trails 68-39 at the end of the quarter.

Amber Carey scored 20 points for Fairfield (22-8), knocking out a win 57-49 win in the second half of the Class 5A semifinals. Destiny Bailey led the Golden Eagles (16-15) with 17 points, while Alliyah Smith had a double-double with 11 point and 23 rebounds.
Fairfield opened the game on a 6-0 scoring run, but Athens emerged late in the first quarter, as Destiny Bailey put the Golden Eagles over from the 3-point line. Her shot was matched by Jasmin Lucas, who drained another basket from half court at the end of the first. At halftime, Athens leads 26-24.
The Parker boys defeated Athens 45-33 after a 28-6 run to end their Class 5A Northwest Regional semifinal today at Wallace State in Hanceville. Athens led 27-22 entering the fourth quarter.
The Brewer girls defeated Center Point 68-43 today in their Class 5A Northeast Regional game at Jacksonville State. Brewer (31-1) will meet the winner of today's noon game between Ramsay (22-7) and Columbia (16-17).
Wenonah won the first game of the Northwest Regional today, defeating Lawrence County's girls 48-36 in a 5A semifinal at Wallace State-Hanceville.
Adrien Coffey scored 10 points to lead Lawrence County, which shot 4-of-21 on 3-pointers, 10-of-31 on other attempts, and 4-of-7 on free throws.
Wenonah leads the Lawrence County girls 38-28 after the third quarter in the Northwest Regional at Wallace State.
The Northwest Regional high school basketball tournament began at 9 a.m. today with Lawrence County facing Wenonah.

Another fine example of how good the daily covers the valley schools... if your not Decatur or Austin... forget it.. I think they would choke before they done a decent store on county schools...
I guess the "Daily's" circulation area doesn't include anyone in the Brewer High School district. Might want to cover them, and other county schools before your revenue takes a hit.
