Why is he not still in jail from first offense? Castration is too good for him. Sick and pitiful.
The paper needs to publish the names of the judges who sentenced him for the first two offences and the names of those on the parole board who released him.
Why was this scumbag ever let out of jail to begin with?
Arrest the family members that allowed him to be close to a 7 year old also.
