At least the guy had a job and not mooching off the taxpayers! Must be a republican!
How was he to know what the distance was? Should have been given a warning. Noone carries around anything to measure distance with. Guess he can't drive pass the school either? Was he an independent contractor or did he go where the boss told him too? This was not an intentional or deliberate breaking of the law at all.
