it's a shame THESE people have to steal, rob, hold up person to get what they want. But this must be their nature. Looking for something free. In some other countries, if she was caught, she would have her hands cut off. Yes, just for a small item like this. That would make people thing before.

By THESE people, you must mean thieves. Yes, it is in a thief's nature to steal. In those countries where hands are cut off for stealing, you wouldn't have the opportunity to voice your opinion on a forum such as this.
