Those three salries issuing citations for blight or speeding would have been more productive No? It's like this I evicted a girl out of my rental house it cost me in legal fees of nearly $200.00 plus she left owing me $1,200.00 back rent do you think I should spend even more money chasing that $1,400.00 The answer is no and the reason the answer is no is because it's easier to get a judgement than it is to collect on it. Why do you think the police will not finger print your home if you report a TV stolen or a Gun? Because it cost to much for the results to yeild it warranted.
