I think Sparks speaks the wants of many Alabama citizens. The State needs to change it's outlook on the future. Corruption and back room deals need to be ousted from our governing bodies. The revenues in this State are more than enough handle the running of this State: however, these elected squanderers, pork it off......How about "Common Sense Politics" instead of "Partisan Politics"........
