When you take the discipline out of the schools, your education system is a joke..........
Remember that if one group, such as special education, doesn't make its goal, then the entire school doesn't make AYP. If you still don't understand the problem with school systems not making AYP because of the special education scores, watch this:

It's so fortunate that these impossible standards aren't applied to everyone else. Remember that by the year 2014, the government expects EVERY single child in EVERY public school in EVERY state to be on grade-level in math and reading. Can you imagine if these 100% standards were applied to college football: EVERY single player must catch EVERY single ball thrown to him and run EVERY single play correctly. Too bad if the player isn't capable of that because he's the kicker or because he has a dislocated shoulder or because he just doesn't want to play. No excuses. Failure for EVERY single player to catch EVERY single ball thrown to him and run EVERY single play correctly will AUTOMATICALLY result in a loss for the entire team, and the whole team will be labeled a failure.
