Suspected fugitive arrested in Athens

Athens police said officers arrested a fugitive Thursday night after a fight at Athens-Limestone Hospital.

Police said they received a call about the fight shortly after 11 p.m. Police said Carlos Javier Aguila, 42, of 19243 Alabama 99 was involved. When officers checked Aguila for warrants, police said, they found he had a felony probation warrant from Ocala, Fla.
