A political pay-off? Yep!

Mrs. Jackson will do a great job. She is a wonderful person. Congratulations.

Wonder if Billy voted NO???

Congratulation Mrs. Jackson!!!!!! I wish you much success.

Congratulations Mrs. Jackson!! PRAYING for your continued success as you transition into your new position. SRES staff needs to be professional and support the new principal in every way possible. What God has for you, is for you.

Best of luck in your new position.

I do not even know Mr. or Mrs. Jackson personally , I am not a resident of their district. My question is WHY does she have to pay for any "Political" backlashings between her husband and others?// She obviously is a very intelligent lady who has many accomplishments in Education and is working on her doctorate at the moment. She has had nothing but compliments from parents and students and her peers at work so WHY does this have to be a political payoff??? How about giving credit where credit is due and on her own merit!!!

To "First" ~~Most likely you didn't even graduate highschool and are jealous and are showing your ignorance!!

BTW. I am a Middle Class "White" lady.

Congrats Mrs. Jackson. I wish you much success and know you will do well @ Somerville Rd.

I wish nothing but the best for Mrs. Jackson. Why was this decision not made sooner?? Why did you pay good old boy Phil Hastings $10 grand a month? Mrs. Jackson was already the assistance principal there and should have taken over day one of the new school year. Why have an assistance principal if they cannot be ready to step up when the principal leaves. Mrs. Jackson was chosen from a pool of 51 applicants. Really?? Why?? With our school systems are finically strapped for money they were spending $10,000 a month to pay an interim principal and spending time (money) going through 51 applicants. Wow, our tax dollars hard at work. This money should come out of Mr. Nichols salary for poor management of time and money.
