PAID administrative live for three years! If found guilty she should have to pay every penny back.

NOT GUILTY!! useing an innocent person destroying her life to try and cover up for what the brother did to her. Not destroying his life and career but destroy someone elsegood name life and career. Shame on that young lady.

Are you sure, you know for sure that this teacher is innocent. Why not let the jurors and court decide the innocent or guilt of this person.........How can you shame a young lady not knowing who is right or wrong.....You can have your opinion, that's OK, but the outcome will stand, whichever way it may go........

I wonder if the prosecution got Defoor's video rental records for that night. That would be REAL evidence, if it exsists.

She didn't tell anyone for 18 months and now we're suppose to believe she remembered and recounted everything factually.
