Water deal delay costs Limestone $1,000 daily
Authority already servicing debt on borrowed money for pipeline
The Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority is paying about $1,000 per day in interest while it waits for Decatur City Council to decide whether to approve a DU-Limestone contract for increased water sales.
