The community could use a new roller skating rink since The Skate Castle closed down. I think it may be bigger than The Skate Castle so Decatur families miss their rink and I'm sure Priceville families would love to have one as well.

just what Priceville needs, more ticky tacky neighborhoods with similar houses and no trees. I do not see the allure of the neighborhoods there, all sameness and homogeneous.

That's all the people who will live there want. Bedrooms for people that work in Madison and Limestone counties. THAT is the "future" for east decatur and Priceville. Not a real good sense of community, huh?
