DECATUR — Bobby Laron Kelso, 59, passed away on February 26, 2023. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 1 PM. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery.
