Lindsay Leigh “Lindy” Freeman Landers, age 67, of Decatur, left this world and entered into the arms of her Lord on June 8, 2019. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 13th from 4 to 6 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence, AL, with a celebration of her life following in the funeral home chapel at 6 p.m.

Lindy retired from Belk Department Store after 45 years, working in management in stores in Florence, Decatur, Huntsville, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. She was a member of the Center Star United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Brown Freeman and brother, Jerry Freeman.Surviving her are her son, Matthew (Roxanne) Landers; mother, Laurie Freeman; grandchildren, David, Luke, Raylynn and Elijah Landers; goddaughter, Alicia Allen; brother, Billy (Diane) Freeman, Jr.; sister, Robin (Ricky) Holden; sister-in-law, Ramona Freeman; aunt, Jean Gautney; Bob Landers; numerous loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Lindy was a faithful servant of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
