DECATUR — Virginia B. Penney, 98, of Decatur, Alabama, passed away on August 2, 2022. Her visitation will be on Saturday August 6, 2022 at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home from 10:00 until 11:00 AM. The service will follow in the chapel with Reverend Jack Bailey officiating, the burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
