Danville had one of the biggest turnarounds in the state after going 0-10 in 2018. The Hawks average scoring 25.2 points a game while allowing 32.7 points. … Cameron Moore leads Danville with 891 yards rushing and 12 touchdowns. Quarterback Luke Nail has passed for 1,121 yards and six touchdowns. He’s also rushed for 802 yards and 14 touchdowns. Calup Cunningham is Danville’s top tackler with 90 stops. Dalton Madison has 75 tackles. … Deshler is making its 37th playoff appearance. Last meeting: Decatur Heritage beat Vina, 36-8, in 2015. The Eagles lead the series 4-0.

The skinny: Vina is the No. 4 team out of Region 8. The Red Devils have wins over Phillips Bear Creek, 8-7, Cherokee, 58-18, and Shoals Christian, 44-12. Decatur Heritage beat Phillips Bear Creek, 48-7, and Shoals Christian, 52-0. Vina averages scoring 13 points a game while allowing 35 points a game. … Decatur Heritage averages 39 points a game while allowing 11.7 a game. Three of the Bulldogs’ losses have come against undefeated Fyffe (28-0), undefeated Susan Moore (34-6) and 9-1 Piedmont (35-14). The Bulldogs average scoring 32.8 points a game while allowing 16.8.
