in stead of looking to annex more land into the city to add rooftops, maybe Decatur city should utilize the space that is already within the city limits. There is a lot of land out toward Flint that is in the city that would develop nicely. just my 2 cents.

It is my opinion that Decatur needs to stop annexing more land and build the infrastructure for the area it already has.

Am I the only one that see a problem with a city that basically said, "if we can not get this private property owner to sell it to us, we will just take it threw condemnation"? That infuriates me!
